Personally I think this is great for people who love living in this county and want to keep being apart of it as it grows. Something like this means they can get jobs that make them able to afford to live here and it creates more revenue for the county and lessens the financial burden on property owners.

As long as Gloucester does not turn into Newport News, Williamsburg and the likes. Besides, the more revenue generated, the larger our local government is going to get and the higher taxes are going to get.

I think the added revenue would be what we need to repair and upgrade everything at the high school and other schools in the county. We need to raise teacher salaries and keep our schools in shape and relevant technology wise if we want to stop parents from looking at other options (sending their kids to other districts, private school)
